POOCH POOL PARTY !
The Pooch Pool Party was.........
GREAT !!!!!
We had a clicker to count the dogs who came through our gate at the
Pooch Pool Party. We counted 251 happy fur balls; each dog so excited! Lots of doggie swimmers this time!
We had a swimming contest to "fetch the tennis ball" and we found
out that it is difficult to get excited dogs to line up, get ready, go! First some of them had to sniff the ball to "get it".
One dog grabbed the ball in the water, dropped it and grabbed another ball. His owner was wild on the side of the pool!
We need to modify this doggie race next year! Have to think like a
dog!
We had five Norman community tables:
Top Dog Pet Resort & Day Care
Petco (free nail trimming)

Chance (bargain price for microchips)
AVA (Animal Volunteer Alliance)
Annie's
Ruff House
All were fun and interesting!
We now have over $1000.00 for the Norman Community Dog Park for new
benches, message board, and community event participation.
We thank Westwood Water Park for making this area available to us.
It has four pools and lots of grass: we thank them for letting our happy dogs run & play!
